Novicell has recently implemented HubSpot as Tytex's primary CRM system with the aim of creating a more cohesive solution for the company's sales and marketing activities. The implementation of HubSpot Sales is expected to provide Tytex's sales team with an enhanced data foundation throughout the sales process, strengthening their decision-making and efficiency. The marketing component of HubSpot will serve as a powerful tool to target and personalize their upcoming marketing campaigns. Thus, HubSpot will function as an integrated platform for managing customer data and interactions, which is expected to improve both their internal processes and service.     As a new approach, we've decided to separate the CMS functionality from Magento and allow editors to work in Builder.io. This means that products, categories, and landing pages can be edited in the external CMS, which then pushes the raw content into Magento, where it is displayed to the user. This solution opens up entirely new possibilities for creating exciting and dynamic content, which previously required many development hours.
