Target group and persona

Data can be used to put fictitious faces on your target groups, so that you can more easily form a picture of who you are addressing - without knowing them exactly. This is called a persona. This can be done based on your data, which can be used to make your company more focused on your target group, as well as communicate more directly to them. They also help to create more targeted and effective marketing.

Customer Lifetime Value

We want to go deeper into your business and understand your current customers better. We can do this by investigating what it costs you to get a customer, what amount the customer spends in your business over a lifetime. This is better known as CLV, which is a measurement of the profit on the customer throughout the customer's lifetime with the company. Your company can use the calculation to determine how much you have to invest in acquiring new customers, but you can also more easily decide how much you want to sacrifice for a single customer.
